She was born Jan. 18, 1928, to John and Hattie (Moon) Mueller in Littlefork, where she graduated from high school. She married Vern and made their home in Little Marais.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Finland and the Eastern Star. She enjoyed cooking, fishing and spending time with her grandchildren and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Vern; and sisters, Kay Ingram and Muriel Tolle.
Virginia is survived by her daughter, Vicki Hoff (Gary), Silver Bay; sons, Vaughn (Darlene), Little Marais, Vane (Sheryl), Red Wing, and Vern (Susie), Finland; sister, Lucille Mustol; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and life long friends, Lois Peterson and Betty Richards.
