Funeral services for Mr. Johnnie Kovac, Jr., age 73, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home Interment will follow in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home.
Mr. Kovac, a retired farmer, passed away Monday, October 20, 2014. He was a member of Mer Rouge Baptist Church. He was also a 32nd degree Mason with the Mer Rouge Masonic Lodge. Mr. Kovac was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He will be remembered as a man that loved his family and his dogs.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie T. Kovac, Sr. and Helen Rose Mckoin, and a granddaughter, Angela Suzanne Wallace.
