Catherine Zahn, 94, of Huntington, IN, passed away on October 16, 2014 at Parkview Huntington Hospital, Huntington, IN.
Catherine was born in Rutherford County, TN, on January 11, 1920 to Charlie and Mini Bell Blankenship. Her parents preceded her in death. She married Paul Matthew Zahn who preceded her in death on February 17, 2008. Catherine was a member of the Baptist Church, a 1941 graduate of MTSU and was former owner and operator, along with her husband, of Model Cleaners in Huntington, IN.
Mrs. Zahn is survived by her nieces, Nancy Barnett of Shelbyville, TN, Becky Davis, Martha Madeo and Jenny Travis all of Murfreesboro, TN, Ada Norfleet and Mary Ann Dorris of Nashville, TN, Syliva "Pat" McFerrin of Huntsville, AL and Margaret Brandon of Chattanooga, TN; Nephews, Henry Blankenship of Nashville, TN, and Michael Zahn of Huntington, IN, and several great-nieces and nephews.
