Mr. David Abrams died at his residence in this town on Friday, aged 71 years, after a long illness. Mr. Abrams was one of the first in this town engaged in the fruit business. His fruit was always of the best quality. He was an active member of the Methodist church, and was a willing and cheerful worker for the advancement of the cause. His wife died several years ago. He leaves a family of two sons, Townsend and Andrew J., and one daughter, Mrs. Maria Deyo.
