THOMAS, Wade A. Age 67, of Hamilton, passed away at Ft. Hamilton Hospital on December 26, 2005. He was born in Richmond, Kentucky on July 28, 1938 the son of the late Sherman and Stanley (Richardson) Thomas. He was a 1957 graduate of Hamilton High School. On August 26, 1957 he married Ruth Poff in Liberty, Indiana. He served in the United States Air Force from 1958 until 1962. Wade was an electrician and a member of the IBEW L. U. 648. He was also a member of the Hugh L. Bates Lodge #686 F&AM, and a member of the Western Avenue Baptist Church. Wade is survived by his wife Ruth of over forty-eight years; his sons, Michael A. Thomas and his wife Donna of Oxford, Ohio and Mark A. Thomas of Hamilton, Ohio; a brother, Jim Thomas of Hamilton, Ohio and a granddaughter, Stacey Smith of Centerville, Ohio. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Thomas. Funeral services will be held at the Stahlheber Road Baptist Church, 1800 Stahlhber Road, Hamilton on Friday, December 30, 2005 at 10:00am with Rev. Harold Thompson officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday at The Webb Noonan Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at "D" Street from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.
