Frank Morgan, 98, of Stonehill Care Center, formerly of Garfield Ave., died at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 4, 1990, in Stonehill Care Center. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Egelhof-Casper-Strueber Funeral Home, 1145 Locust St., where friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today. Burial will be in Dubuque Memorial Gardens, south of Dubuque. Mr. Morgan worked at Adams Company prior to retirement. He was born on Nov. 2, 1891, in National, Iowa. He married Margaret Derby; she died in 1979. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Milton (Helen) Gukeisen and Mrs. Eldon (Jeanne) Clemens, both of Dubuque; eight grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Larson in 1989. Memorials may be given to Stonehill Care Center.
