Veteran of World War II, Mont Royal Fusiliers. Gus was born on October 20, 1920, in Summerside to his late parents Daniel and Angelina (nee Thibideau) Arsenault. He was husband of the late Mary (nee Caissie) Arsenault and father of the late Patricia Arsenault. He is survived by five children, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Russell of Ontario. Besides his parents, wife and daughter, Gus was predeceased by his brother Ernie, sisters Matilda MacDonald, Cecilia Chambers, Rita Whalen and Marie Leake. Gus Arsenault passed away on June 24, 2014, he was 93 years of age.
