She loved to do handiwork. Her specialty was crocheting, knitting, and needlepoint. Lloyd and Kay enjoyed camping, snowmobiling and spending time with family and friends at Bear Lake. She was a great cook. Her Waldorph rose red velvet cake was everyone''s favorite. Kay enjoyed reading.
Kay is survived by her husband, Lloyd; son, Chad A.; daughter, Beth (Tom) Bowers; two grandchildren, Hannah and Aaron; and sister, Jean Soliday. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit family on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
