Born in Chicago, April 5, 1901, she died Thursday, March 27, 1997, in Church Creek Health Care Center. Interment will be private.
Retired from Benefit Trust Life Company, she did considerable volunteer work for Rush Presbyterian Hospital, Chicago and John Muir Medical Center, Walnut Creek, Calif.
She was the wife of the late Earl Sorensen and the late Roy Dalbke who passed away in 1937; mother of Richard (Leverne) Dalbke of Arlington Heights and Raymond (Dottie) Dalbke of Fallston, Md.; stepmother of Marilyn (Warren) Stritter of Friendsville, Tenn.; sister of the late Dr. Halvard Wagner; sister-in-law of Mildred Dalbke; grandmother of Gary, Carol, David, Matthew, Susan, Linda and the late Cathy; and great-grandmother of Rick, Kris, Megan, Eric, Lauren, Brad, Michelle and Lorien.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mark Lutheran Church Building Fund, c/o St. Mark Church, 200 S. Wille, Mount Prospect, IL 60056.
