Survivors inclcude: two daughters, Monterey Frances Cason of Southfield, MI, and Annie D. Taylor of Clayton; four grandchildren; Ray Cason and Carolyn Frances Pankow, both of Michigan, and Harold Duncan Taylor of Clayton, and Doris A. Lyles, of Alexandria, VA; and one sister, Lessie M. Chastain of Cornelia, GA.
She lived most of her life in Habersham County but moved to Clayton and lived with her daughter until her health started declining and she had to go into the Mountainview Convalescent Center. She died just short of 100 years old.
She is buried in the Ebenezer United Methodist Church cemetery, Hollywood, Georgia.
