FIKES--- Joe Bailey Fikes, 80, of Cameron died Monday at a local
hospital. Services will be today at 10 a.m. at Marek-Burns-Laywell
Chapel. Dr. Don R. Hogg and OE. Davidson will be officiating.
Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Cameron.
He was born in Milam County and was a retired salesman.
Survivors are a daughter, Mary Jo Maddox of Cameron; a Sister,
Bessie Locklin of Cameron; a grandson, Charles Maddox of Houston;
two great granddaughters, Elizabeth Maddox and Kathryn Maddox,
both of Houston. Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral home in Cameron
is in charge of arrangements.
