She was born in Lincroft and was a lifelong resident of the area.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Red Bank.
Her husband William P. Woodward died in 1977.
Surviving are an aunt, Mrs. Ada Savidge, of Fair Haven, and four cousins.
The Worden Funeral Home, Red Bank, is in charge of arrangements.
