Ora was born on October 26, 1922 in Pollard, Arkansas to the late William Watson Conley and Gracie Pearl Wallace.
Left to cherish her memory and carry on her legacy are her son, Burt Cagle and wife Connie; daughter-in-law, Janice Cagle; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, BW Cagle; sons, William Carel Cagle and Michael Cagle; numerous nieces and nephews.
