WINDER - Ronald T. Wall, 69, died Sunday, September 21, 2014.
He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Having retired from UGA after 30 years of employment, Ronald was a local painting and roofing contractor. He was a member of Union Baptist Church. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, I.T. 'Spud' and Faye Wall.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Gloria M. Wall, Winder; daughters, Tamara 'Tami' and Michael Bolden, Bethlehem, and Karen and Kerry Walker, Demorest; three grandchildren, Courtney Bolden, Eli and Ana Walker; sisters, Ann and Tim Ash, Toccoa, and Donna and Mark Frost, Winder; brothers, Gary and Mary Frances Wall, Eddie and Elaine Wall, all of Winder.
Visitation with the family will be held Tuesday, September 23, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. at Smith Memorial Chapel. The funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, September 24, at Union Baptist Church, with Pastors David Cook and Kerry Walker officiating. The interment will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Union Baptist Church, 527 Union Church Rd., Winder, GA 30680.
Smith Funeral Home, Winder, is in charge of arrangements.
