The unpublished "Skinner Families of Lower Turkeyfoot Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania," which was compiled around 1936 by Harry Rush Speer, indicates on pg. 8 that they lived near the Hopewell Baptist Church in Perry Co., OH. According to the cemetery reading of Sue Saylor, his headstone says age 86, 10 months, and 17 days.
