Lillian McBane
Cedar Falls--Funeral services for Mrs. Lillian McBain, 101, of the Western Home, will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Richardson Funeral Home with the Dr. J.I. LaFavre, administrator of the Lutheran Home officiating.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
Mrs. McBane died Tuesday morning at the Western Home of complications of age.
Born in Seward, Neb., June 7, 1872, to William and Mary Sincoke Cloyd, she married James McBane, March 9, 1890.
She had been a resident at the Western Home since 1958 and was a resident of Cedar Falls 40 years.
She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a son Frank McBane, Ontario, Ore., seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three daughters and a son.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday evening and from noon until service time Thursday.
