Ralph A. Bilyeu, 83, of Iberia died Saturday, Feb. 23, 1991 at Still Regional Medical Center in Jefferson City. He was born July 26, 1907 in Miller County to Arthur and Laura Jane Hamilton Bilyeu. On March 8, 1933 he was married to Mabel A. Clark, who died July 31, 1975.

Mr. Bilyeu lived most of his life in Miller County. He was a member of the Mt. Zion Christian Church near Tuscumbia. He had worked for Anheuser Busch in St. Louis, Western Auto in Iberia and Kraml Wood Products of Iberia, from which he retired.

Surviving him are four daughters, Peggy Bouren of Lafayette, La., Linda Gabbard of Iberia, Jane Holtmeyer of Jefferson City and Kitty Weider of Jefferson City; a sister, Bonnie Gallegos of Mary's Home; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Mt. Zion Christian Church near Tuscumbia with Bro. Gene Edwards officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery under the direction of Stevinson-Mossman Funeral Home in Iberia.
