John Calvin Stentz, 83 years old, died Sunday night at his home in Pinehurst. He was a member of the G.A.R. post at Clarkston. Surviving relatives are his wife, Sarah E, and four sons, P.A. and Roy R., of Pinehurst and J.E. and J. L. Stentz of Seattle, and one daughter, Mrs. J. W. Horton, residing in Canada. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Challacombe & Fickel Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock. The Rev. R.J. Reid will officiate. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery.
