A few of her interests included quilting, puzzles, singing, playing games with her family, embroidering work, canning and crossword puzzles. She also loved the outdoors, gardening and walking. She was a fan of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Cubs baseball teams and the Phoenix Suns Basketball team.

Survivors include children Myrlon (Myriel) Tenney, Page High School Class of 1965, of Woodruff, Arizona; DeeAnn (Walter) Otto, PHS 1967, of Las Vegas, Nevada; Kristina (Gene) Irwin, PHS 1973, of Chandler, Arizona; James (Cozette) Tenney, PHS 1974, of Gilbert, Arizona; 19 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren with three more on the way; and nine siblings.
