Mrs. Louisa Stamm Holzworth died yesterday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ernest T. Amsler, 3 Kee avenue, with whom she lived.

Mrs. Holzworth was born in New York City, daughter of the late Peter A. and Mary Schwalb Stamm. Her husband was the late William Holzworth. She was a member of Star Council 53, Sons and Daughters of Liberty.

Other survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Harry Munroe of New York City, Mrs. John E. Reardon Jr. of New Brunswick, and Mrs. Edward Stevens of Franklin Park; six grandchildren; a brother, William Stamm of New Brunswick.
