Son of John W. and Antoinette Myers

Married Carol Bowskill in 1962. Two children from this marriage, Wes and daughter, Leigh. He and Carol later divorced.

He traveled around California in his early years, working for numerous employers, and held jobs such as a mail truck driver, a mill worker, and he also worked on the Apollo project. Eventually he came to Weippe and drove truck for Finke logging for 25 years.

Married Barbara in April 2009.

He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping and travelling. He was a grand man, full of fun and wit, very crafty, and could write a poem about anything. He was very good with woodwork and made some incredible logging trucks and loaders out of wood. He had a wonderful smile and was great to Barbara, always making sure she was okay and happy.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents.
