He was born to Ed and Aubrey Milliken on July 3, 1917. He married Peggy Williamson on May 30, 1940. He farmed south of Wolfforth and loved the land. After retiring, his hobby was his yard, which he kept beautifully. His parents and two brothers precede him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy of the home; two daughters, Peggye Jean Lambert and husband Mike of Lubbock, and Vicki Hurley and husband Troy of Temple; three grandchildren, Kelli Hess, Brandon Hurley, and Mindi Hurley; and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Sunday, Jan. 30, at 2 p.m. at Green Memorial Cemetery in Wilson with Rev. Jerry Gentry officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Englunds Funeral Service of Slaton.
