Olivia Ann Barczak, 2, of Norman, died Tuesday, July 16, at Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Havenbrook Funeral Home Chapel in Norman with the Rev. John Metzinger officiating. Burial will follow at Warren Cemetery in Norman. Havenbrook Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
Miss Barczak was born Jan. 24, 2000 in Norman, to Thomas Paul and Kayla Ann Branham Barczak.
Miss Barczak is survived by her parents, of the home; paternal grandparents, Virgil and Patricia Barczak, of Prescott, Ariz; maternal grandparents, Don and Frankie Branham, of Frederick; maternal great-grandmother, Gladys Keith, of Frederick; an aunt; three uncles; and a great-great-aunt.
Memorial contributions may be sent to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Children's Disease Fund, 825 NE 13th St., Oklahoma City, OK, 73104-9930.
