I believe that Find A Grave Memorial# 97013966 for Horatio Eli Butler will give your explanation.
On the death certificate for William L., I believe "Orsha" was a phonetic spelling for Horatio.
Camille A. Lindsey was Horatio Eli's second wife, mother of William L. Butler. Her nickname on this Find a Grave site is "Smiley" but in two U.S. Census records I have found versions of "Similie."
William L. had 3 half-siblings and 9 siblings.
