Brian F. Welch, died peacefully with his family at his side on September 6, 2014 at Strong Memorial Hospital at age 37. Brian was born July 19, 1977 in Rochester, NY the son on Daniel T Welch and Jane (VonHagen) Welch.
He is survived by his father, Daniel T. Welch; brother, Daniel H. (Julie) Welch of Avon; sister, Krista M. (Tomasz) Sokolowski of Rochester; maternal grandmother, Ruth E. VonHagen of Fairfield, OH; loving nieces and nephews, Sally, Mary, DJ, Thomas Welch, Adam, Aleks, Lucas Sokolowski. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends, especially his favorite aunt, Noreen Craven; special friends, Sandy and Cory Lancer. Brian was predeceased by his loving and caring mother, Jane Welch, maternal grandfather, Herbert A. VonHagen; paternal grandparents, Howard and Dorothy Welch. He is survived by his His family would like to acknowledge and thank his group home staff for all of their diligent love and care over the past 12 years.
