You have unwittingly added Sara Jane Murphy as his mother's name. The correct name is Mary Jane Abbott. I am sorry to say my father was responsible for this error which crops up on various peoples' searches. He incorrectly listed the Sara Jane Murphy name on his father's death certificate.
