The family would like to thank Terry and Tina Collins for not only helping take care of Dad, but for allowing Dad to accept them as his adopted son and daughter. The family would also like to thank the nurses and staff of St. Barbara’s Memorial Nursing Home and the Hospice nurses for all their love and care they gave him to help make his stay at the nursing home comfortable and easy. And we would like to thank the Perine Funeral Home of Shinnston for their assistance with arrangements.
