Mrs. Elizabeth P. Fenner, 87 for many years a member of the Methodist Church Board of Hospitals and Homes, died July 14, 1959, at Sibley Hospital, Washington. D. C. She had lived at 2033 North Capitol Street, Washington, and formerly of Lawrence Street Penn Yan.
She is survived by her sister, Aspasia Turpin of Washington. Mrs. Fenner's husband, Charles, died in 1954. Mrs. Ida Fenner, who lives at the corner of South Liberty and Lake Streets, is a sister-in-law.
