He was born Nov. 28, 1906, in Minonk, a son of John and Etta Ewen Feken.
He married Alberta Trantina March 10, 1937, in Roanoke. She survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Suzanne Folkerts, Pontiac; and six sisters, Tena Bonk, Flanagan; Dena Harms, Marie Ewing and Elsie Feken, all of Minonk; Edna Cursius, El Paso; and Lorene Weppler, Dana.
He was a trustee of United Methodist Church and a member of Robb Morris Masonic Lodge.
He was a life-long farmer in the Minonk area and retired in 1973.
