Zobita "Beadie" Brown Liner, 63, of Old Fort passed away Tuesday, July 13, 1999 at the family residence. She was a retired nurse from Bradley Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Boanerges Baptist Church in Old Fort. She was the daughter of the late Freed William Brown and Pearl Craig Brown and was preceded in death by a sister, Patsy Brown.

Survivors include her husband: Hoyt "Jack" Liner of Old Fort; one son and daughter-in-law: Frank W. and Joyce Rose of Old Fort; one stepson: Timothy Liner and wife, Chris, of Fort Oglethorpe, Ga.; seven brothers: James Brown, Paul Brown, Glenn Brown, Bobby Brown and Edward Brown, all of Dalton, Ga., Billy Brown of Talking Rock, Ga. and Johnny Brown of Cohutta, Ga.; 10 grandchildren including: Lisa Cook of Cleveland, Sebrina Perry and Sky Perry, both of Old Fort, Stacy Perry of Reliance, Christina Liner of Florida and Jason Liner of Benton; one great-grandson: Adam Rose of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Revs. Randall Headrick and Harold Firestone officiating. Interment will follow in Benton Memorial Gardens with brothers serving as pallbearers.

The family requests memorials be sent to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 Jude Place, Memphis, TN 37105.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
