Services Here Tuesday For O. Lee Swift, 80
Services for O. Lee Swift, 80, of Clinton, Mo., long a resident here and father of Mrs. Virgil Case of King City, were held here Tuesday afternoon at the Clark Funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Loie Allen of Clinton, and burial was in the King City cemetery (sic).
Mr. Swift died Monday morning at a hospital in Clinton after a brief critical illness. He was born and reared in the King City community, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Swift, and he had lived at Clinton thirteen years.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Emma Swift of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Inez Case of King City and Mrs. Temple Louise Conrad of Clinton; two sons, Lee Franklin Swift of Topeka, Kas., and Francis L. Swift of St. Joseph; one sister, Mrs. Marietta Nida of Spickard, Mo., and five grandchildren.
