Gilbert Arnold Ross, age 81, of Englewood, FL and Newberry, MI, formerly of Wayland, MI, passed away March 8, 2013 in Florida after having had severe COPD for many years. He served in the Army from 1951-1953. He was a past Worthy Mason, a member of the Elks, The Eagles and a life member of the American Legion Post #127 in Dorr, MI. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, four wheeling, golfing, hunting, and his many friends. Survives are his wife, Hazel (Cameron); sons, Lawrence (Liz) of Wayland, Gerald of Merietta, OK, Jeffrey of Pine Stump Junction; five grandchildren, four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Sister, Cheryl Tiller; brother, Arlyn (Jean) Ross; sisters and brothers-in-law, Angie and Ralph Fitzner, Clarence and Elvie Cameron; special close friends, Rich and Sue Jensen and Greg and Michele Powell.
