Early Life: Clara was born October 21, 1921, in Fruitland, Utah, to Albert and Clara Matilda Humes Sweat.
Life's Work/Service/Interests: On June 17, 1936, she married Theron Chatwin in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; he died in April of 1952. She later married Carroll W. Featherston on January 18, 1957, in Lehi, Utah. She was a member of the LDS Church. Clara loved her family and enjoyed ceramics, painting, camping, traveling, western music and dancing. Clara E. Sweat Chatwin Featherston died January 3, 1993, in Bountiful, Utah. She was 71.
Survived By: Her husband, Bountiful; children: Duane Chatwin, West Valley City; Mrs. Richard (Glenna) Thornton, Cozad, NE; Mrs. Larry (Nardra) Sheehy, Riverton; Susan Featherson, Lehi; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
Preceded In Death By: A son, Larry Chatwin; her parents; and many brothers and sisters.
