Milton A. Jury, 90, of Leisure Acres, Sunnyland, formerly of Sparland, died at 12:01 a.m. yesterday at the home of a son, in Sunnyland. A retired farmer, he was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, Bartonville.

Born Dec. 5, 1891, in Minonk, a son of Adelbert and Jessie Armstrong Jury, he first married Lola E. Green Feb. 5, 1913 in Ottawa. She died Dec. 17, 1961. Three sons, two daughters, one grandson, one great-grandson and three brothers also preceded him in death.

He married Helen Graham Huston Haynes Feb. 23, 1963, in Peoria and she survives, along with three sons, Paul A. Jury of Sunnyland, Robert R. Jury of Buckland, Mo., and Charles L. Haynes of Peoria; 39 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granchild.

Also surviving are five daughters, Betty Thielbar Comisky of Lostant, Florence Seibold of Sparland, Ellen Newton and Merrielle Akright, both of Henry, and Norma Cheatham of Bartonville.
