Lady was my first dog; Me & Stephen found her wondering the streets on June 25, 2005 on the way home from Firefall 2005. She was dirty with tons of fleas on her and we pulled beside her and she jumped into the car without us picking her up and we took her home and gave her a bath and got all of her fleas off of her. The next day we took her to the vet and discovered that she was anemic and the vet gave me some pills to boost her immune system because the fleas made her anemic. He also gave her a shot to also boost her immune system and vitamins to me so I can give that in her food. The next day she felt so much better. We loved Lady so so much. We took her swimming and to the park to play all the time. The day she died will always be on my mind. We were at Stephens mom's apartment and we got out of the car to go knock on her door and there was no answer and so stephen said he was going to go across the street to see if his neice was at her friends house and i said okay im just going to walk lady so she can go potty and it was hot that day and I was watching Stephen knock on the door across the street and suddenly lady ripped the leash out of my hand and started across the street and I tryed so hard to call her to come back but it was to late I heard the truck and lady was killed by a Stupid driver that didn't even stop after he had done it I new that he new he ran over something because he had slowed down after it happen. But he went on like he didn't even care what he had done. We buried lady and got her a carved stone for the grave. I do miss her and wish She would of never died! I have a new edition his name is Bandit and though it will never make up for Lady. I love him so much too!
