KENSINGER – Ruth E., 87, formerly of Sidman, died Aug. 24, 2014, at Golden Living Center, Richland. Born Oct. 13, 1926, in South Fork, daughter of Samuel H. and Mary (Box) Frye. Preceded in death by parents; husband, John. L. “Jack” Kensinger, who died Dec. 8, 2004; sister, Ethel D. Inman; and brothers, William A., Kenneth H. and Kermit L. Frye. Survived by children, John Scott, married to Annette (Ripper), Sidman; Jacquelyn, wife of Jude Rietscha, Central City; Carol, wife of William Kelley, South Fork; and Gayle, wife of Otis Thomas Jr., Dunlo; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Ruth was a member of Sidman United Methodist Church. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Charles O.
