On November 17, 1961, she was united in marriage to Glen Holcomb, and together they shared the last forty-four years.
Her father preceded her in death.
Wanda is survived by her husband, Glen, of the home; three children, Darlene Rudner, and her husband, Keith, Sandra Holcomb, and Glen Holcomb, Jr., all of Seymour, Missouri; six grandchildren, Karla and David Williams, Drew and Grace Rudner, and Dakota and Hope Schroeder; her mother, Virginia Ehlers, of Seymour, Missouri; a special niece that was like a daughter to Wanda, Lori Giffin, and her husband, Mark, and their daughter, Kyra, all of Hartville, Missouri; two brothers, Larry Ehlers, of the State of Texas, and Joseph Ehlers, of Boonville, Missouri; several other nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was raised in Missouri, and moved with her family to Montana when she was a teenager. She then made her home in California where she met and married Glen. They moved to Mansfield in 1980 and then to Seymour in 1987. Throughout the years, Wanda was a devoted homemaker and a loving mother to her family.
Wanda was raised in the Assembly of God faith as her father was a minister in that denomination.
In her spare time she enjoyed shopping and sewing, and loved taking her grandchildren to amusement and water parks. Her family was very important to her and she especially enjoyed her grandchildren.
Wanda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will cherish the wonderful memories she created for her family and friends.
