Brenda Darlene Babbitt Harvey, age 64, passed away on August 25, 2014. She was born on August 12, 1950 in Brownwood, Texas to C.B and Norma (Adams) Babbitt.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Mary Paul and Bobbie Bradshaw.

Brenda spent most of her life helping others as a nurse as well as working with children with special needs. She dearly loved her family and was a very proud grandmother.

Brenda is survived by her daughter, Marcie Thomas and husband Eric, Melissa Harvey; grandchildren, Zach, Kyndal, Kenzie, Jacob and wife Samantha, Lauryn, Sophia; great-grandchild, Paul “Monkey”; sisters, Betty Ellis and husband Joe, Martha Thompson, Shirley Treadway and husband Kenneth, Debbie Rauschuber, Ronda Harrison and husband Bubba; brother, Jimmy Babbitt and wife Mary Ann; numerous nieces, nephews many loving friends.

A Graveside Service will take place at Concrete Cemetery in LaVernia, Texas.
