PEORIA - Services for John Richard Rennolett, 37, of Cloud 9 Ranch, Caulfield, Mo., formerly of Peoria, will be at 2 p.m. today at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, Rose Chapel, in West Plains, Mo.

Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery in South Fork, Mo.

He was pronounced dead Saturday, Nov. 2, 2002, in the emergency room at Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains.

He died after being shot by an Ozark County deputy sheriff after allegedly causing a disturbance.

Born Nov. 1, 1965, in Peoria to Adolph and Marilyn K. Hammer Rennolett, he married Kathy "Kate" Marshell on Aug. 8, 2002, in Salem, Ark. She survives.

Also surviving are his parents of Peoria; one stepson, Jason (and Jackie) Clevenger of Homosassa Springs, Fla.; three brothers, Anthony '' Tony '' of Chillicothe, and Michael (and Beth) and Timothy (and Jen), both of Peoria; one sister, Julie (and Tyrone) Seaver of Chillicothe; and two stepgrandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

He was of the Catholic faith.
