Katherine Margaret Davis Hodgkin, 77, passed away March 17, 2000 in Phoenix, AZ.

She was born November 11, 1922 in Midvale, UT, a daughter of Lawerance L. and Emma Davis. She was raised in Bountiful, UT. Kathy graduated from Box Elder High School.

She married Clifford Adrian Hodgkin on December 14, 1946. Kathy worked as an optometrists assistant, a dental assistant, and a computer operator before retiring in 1992. She served for 20 years as a leader in the Girl Scouts of America. She enjoyed square dancing, sewing, and arts and crafts. She was an active member of the LDS Church, serving in the Young Women's Organization, a visiting teacher, and a ward librarian. She went through the Ogden Temple and received her endowments.

Kathy is survived by her husband; two daughters and one son, Sally Riley, Jackpot, Nevada; Nanci (Ken) Francis, Fruit Heights, Utah; and Paul Hodgkin, Brigham City, Utah; eight grandchildren and four great-grand-children. Also surviving are two sisters, Mary Dahl and Laurie Hitchcock. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and one sister.

Graveside services will be held Sat., March 25, 2000, at 10:30 a.m. in Sunset Gardens, 10600 South l700 East, Sandy, Utah. A viewing will be held prior to Graveside Services from 9-10 a.m. at the Lake Hills Memorial Mortuary, 10055 South State Street, Sandy, Utah. Funeral Directors: Deseret Memorial Mortuary.
