Born Aug. 4, 1921 in Holdenville, she was a lifelong resident of Oklahoma. She had lived in Catoosa since 1942 and was a member of the Baptist church. She had worked as a nurses aide at St. John's Hospital in Tulsa earlier in her life.
Surviving are her husband, John Willis McFarland, of the home; two sisters, Daisy Adaway and Nadine Vincent, both of Beaumont, Tx.
Funeral services are set at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Coffey-Ruiz Funeral Chapel with Rev. Dayne Freeman officiating.
Funeral arrangements and burial in Denison Cemetery are under the direction of Coffey-Ruiz Funeral Home.
