Born Mildred B. Xiques on Staten Island, she graduated from Curtis High School.
After she and Spencer Greet wed in 1942, the couple moved to Concord. They relocated to Crestwood Village, Whiting, N.J., in 1978. Mrs. Greet settled in Moravian Manor in 2004.
She worked as an administrative assistant at the former Staten Island Community College, Sunnyside. She retired in 1978.
Mrs. Greet loved to sing, especially in the choir of Vanderbilt Moravian Church, Clifton, where she was a longtime member.
Spencer, her husband of 55 years, died in 1997.
Surviving are her sons, Norman and Stephen; her daughter, Gail Greet Hannah; eight grandchildren, and a great-grandson.
The funeral service will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in New Dorp Moravian Church. Burial will follow in Moravian Cemetery, also New Dorp. Arrangements are being handled by the Spacht Funeral Home, Lititz.
