Frank X. Brickler, 82?, who fell from a second-story window Friday at his home, 1801 Wilson Street, died of pneumonia at 4 p. m. Sunday, at St Elizabeth hospital. He had been ill for a week with influenza.
Mr. Brickler was born at Yorkville and spent his entire life there and in Cincinnati, where he was married May 1, 1883, to Ludovica M. Verdin, of that city, coming to Lafayette at that time. Mr. Brickler was a skilled wood and steel pattern maker, as well as a carpenter- He was a member of St. Boniface church.

Surviving are five children: Mrs. T. F. Brubaker and Herman J. Brickler, city; Edward B. Brickler. Battle Ground, Miss Louise P. Brickler, Columbus, Ind., and Anthony T- Brickler, Detroit, with a sister, Mrs. Anna F. Brauneisen, Hollywood, Calif.
The body may be viewed at the Vianco funeral home. Services at St. Boniface church Wednesday at 9 a. m.; burial in St. Boniface cemetery.
