PUTMAN, JOHN L.; of Spring Hill, Florida, formerly of Waterford; June 21, 2012; age 88. Loving husband of Robbie "Eloise" Putman for 69 years; dear father of Charles "Rick" Putman, Joyce (Albert) Pauly, and the late Fred Putman (Vicki). Preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Nena Putman as well as six brothers and sisters; also cherished by five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren. Mr. Putman retired in 1981 from Consumers Energy and was a W.W.II Veteran of the U.S. Army. He enjoyed the wildlife and loved all animals. Funeral Services will be Friday, June 29, 2012, 10:30 a.m. at the RIVERSIDE CHAPEL, Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home, 5630 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford. Officiating Pastor Daniel Wine. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Interment Crescent Hills Cemetery.
