John P. Jack Adams, 58, Coopersburg, died April 26, 2006 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Judy (Schaffer) Adams and they observed their 40th wedding anniversary last September. He was a maintenance mechanic at Moore Business Forms, Quakertown, for 38 years. Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late Herbert and Mabel (Mumbauer) Adams. He was formerly a coach for the Southern Lehigh Little League and a volunteer for the Coopersburg Fire Department and Ambulance Corps.
Survivors: Wife; sons, Jeff and his wife Lisa of Allentown and Jason Jay of Coopersburg; brothers, Warren of Center Valley, Robert of Hellertown and Raymond of Bethlehem. He was predeceased by a son, John P. (J.P.) Adams Jr. in 1966 and siblings; Shirley, Rick, Nancy, Jimmy and Linda.
Services: 11 a.m. Saturday, Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus. Call 7-8:30 p.m. Friday and 10-11 a.m. Saturday. Interment will be in St. Pauls Blue Church Cemetery, Coopersburg.
