Father: Alexander Gray
Mother: Rose BROWNING Gray

On last Monday morning, Nov. 19th, at 5 o'clock a.m. the death angel entered the home of Mr. and Mrs. Alex Gray and took from their loving embrace and tender care, little Orpha, age 8 months and 25 days.

Orpha had been a very delicate child from birth and therefore had ever received the most watchful and tender care from father, mother, brother, and sisters, but during the past few weeks she seemed to be growing stronger and great hopes were entertained that she would soon be well and strong, but how soon were all their hopes blasted.

On last Friday, she was taken sick with lung trouble. The physician was summoned and all that human aid could do was done for the little sufferer but God desired to transplant the tender bud in his kingdom above and on last Monday morn her little spirit took its flight.

Kind and sympathetic friends gathered at the residence on Tuesday and followed the remains to the Parrish cemetery where they were laid to rest.
