FAYETTVILLE, Tenn., March 23—Funeral services for Martin J. Posey, 74, will be held at the State Line Church at 3 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Posey had been a farmer in the State Line community for 40 years. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mabel Cooper Posey; one son, M. J. Posey Jr.; three daughters, Mrs. Harold Neff of Nashville, Mrs. S. E. Land of Huntsville and Mrs. Clinton Brock of Hazel Green.
Two sisters, Mrs. Joe Stephens and Miss Annie Posey of Hazel Green, one brother, Dave Posey of Huntsville; three half-sisters, Mrs. Sid Ashworth, Mrs. Stacey Miller of Lincoln, Tenn., and Mrs. J. D. Honey of Huntsville; and four half-brothers, A. C. Posey of Lincoln County, Albert of Hazel Green, Thurmond of Huntsville and Clifford of Fayetteville.
