Birkhead, Mildred W. (nee Jung), went home to be with her Lord, Thursday, August 7, 2014 at the age of 98. Beloved wife of the late Wayne Birkhead. Dear mother of Carol (Ed) Teter, Joyce (and the late Max) Holman and Dale (Debbie) Birkhead. Loving grandmother of 9, great grandmother of 19 and great-great grandmother of one. Dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, and friend to many. Services: Funeral service at St. Paul's Evangelical Church, 9801 Olive Blvd. St. Louis, 63141, Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. Interment St. Paul's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Paul's Cemetery Fund or Allegro Solutions, acct: SAFR-MYR JEM Allegro, 5535 Memorial Drive, Ste: F-811, Houston, TX 77007, to support orphans and vulnerable children in South Africa. Visitation at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Monday 3:30-8 p.m. and at the church on Tuesday from 10-10:30 a.m.
