WILTON, NH & HAMPDEN, ME - Lawrence H. Wade, 71 of Wilton, NH passed away Aug 5, 2014 from a long illness. He was born Sept 6, 1942 in Brewer to Roland and Dorothy (Hall) Wade.

In Larry's younger years he cut the trails for the Hermon Mountain Ski Area. Larry was employed for 37 years at the Bangor and Aroostook Railroad as a car inspector for the mechanical department. Since being retired, Larry has enjoyed spending time with 'railroad buddies' reminiscing about the 'good ole days'. He, also, had a love of the outdoors including fishing, four wheeling and riding his motorcycle.

Larry is survived by his wife of almost 30 years, Brenda; his two daughters, Cindie Wade and her partner, Kathy Riley and Robin Wade, all of Limerick; his two granddaughters, Natalie and Lindsay; Brenda's four children, Deborah, Kathi, Robert and Michael; seven grandchildren by Brenda, Jennifer, Jessica, Miranda, Hayley, Nicholas, Nathan And Lauren; Brenda's great-grandson, Donovan; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Dana and Deena of Florida and David and Romona of Maine; his Uncle Norman Hall and his wife, Gladys of Florida. He will be missed by his special friend, Gary Karam.

He was predeceased by his son, Daniel, his brother, Ronald, his granddaughter, Emily and his parents.

Larry's family would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff of Elliot Hospital, Manchester, NH for their loving care and thank the loving staff of Hillsborough County Nursing Home, Goffstown, NH.

Burial will be At Marston Cemetery, Orrington.
