Ashley Nichcole Bradley, the infant daughter of Wesley and Melissa Bradley of Centerville, died a few hours after birth at the Ottumwa Regional Health Center Monday.
Survivors are her parents and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bremmer and Mike and Liz Bradley, all of Centerville.
Graveside services will be at 1 pm Saturday at Haines Cemetery with the Rev. Don Logsdon officiating.
